Troubleshooting Guidelines for Slow Juicer (VTL-7799)

Not turning on: Ensure the power cord is properly connected to a working electrical outlet and the juicing chamber is securely assembled.
Juicer not operating after assembly: Check that the hopper, chamber, and main body are correctly aligned with the safety locking marks.
Suddenly stops during operation: Check whether the hopper is overloaded or the ingredients are too large. Allow the motor to cool if overheated.
Squeezing screw not rotating: Switch to OFF, then hold REV for 3–5 seconds to release stuck ingredients. Repeat 2–3 times if necessary.
Ingredients getting stuck: Cut ingredients into smaller pieces and feed them gradually using the supplied pusher.
Juice flowing back into hopper: Avoid extracting juice with the juice cap closed. Open the cap and clear the chamber if juice accumulates.
Juice leaking from pulp outlet: A small amount of juice may escape depending on the ingredients being processed. This is not necessarily a product defect.
Juice leaking between components: Check that the hopper and chamber packings are correctly installed and free from damage.
Unusual clicking sound: A brief clicking sound when the motor starts may be normal due to engagement of the motor and squeezing screw.
Motor overheating: Do not operate continuously for 15 minutes or longer. Switch off and allow a cooling break of approximately 5 minutes.
Difficulty extracting soft fruits: Combine very soft ingredients such as ripe bananas or tomatoes with suitable firmer ingredients to improve extraction.
Pulp outlet blockage: Frequently empty the pulp container during large batches and check for accumulated pulp.
Cleaning issues: Switch off and unplug the appliance before disassembly. Clean removable parts using the supplied brush. Do not immerse the motor base in water.
